Li'l Spencer info

Li'l Spencer has begun to run regularly on the Portland alternative newsite, The Bollard.com . They're starting it from the very beginning, so I'm going to wait until it catches up over there to start running new ones anywhere else. In bigger news, The Bollard winter print edition ran the first print Li'L Spencer. We'll be running a special episode for each print edition, starting monthly in June!
